With years of experience already under his belt in Customer Success, Mike has translated those skills and learnings perfectly to UX design. He is a passionately empathetic person focused on crafting experiences that solve complex problems for others. As his mentor through CareerFoundry I watched him tackle design tasks effortlessly, taking the initiative to learn as much as he could on his own, and asking questions to confront his own thinking. He readily accepted feedback and relished the challenge to improve his designs. I have no doubt he is going to be an amazing team member and valuable asset wherever he goes (if I don’t snatch him up first for my team!)
